Collins Lake

Managed to get out today w/ a buddy of mine. I landed one perch and four bass all on a drop-shot. My partner landed three all on a bush-hog. Forgot about bringing the camera so no pics.

More bass than i caught today, heck ONE is more than i got

But just being on the water is what it's all about, great for the mind too. I know for me it was still better than my best day at work, how about you ... oh wait, never mind

Hey I was out at that time too But I ended up catchin....ok ok I struck out too, lol a couple half harted strikes was it.
Didnt take my crappie poles this morning just bass fishin. but your right Brian it was still good being out there.

A lure drawing the first strike of an early morning, the strong tug on the end of your line, the excitement of a leaping fish... that,s livin large!
