guage at walnut

guage at walnut

just wondering if anyone could tell me what is considered normal flow based on the readings from the guage

    This time of year would be between 3-4 feet deep and between 20-30 cubic feet per second discharge. That's going back 31 days and looking at the lows for that time period. That gage has only been there for a year and a half.

    I haven't been getting any data period from the Walnut Guage in months....is that true for anyone else?

    i just clicked the link to the gauge now and it worked.

    Seems low to me. Haven't been up to Erie since they put that gage in. But it seems that they put it in the hole by the cement wall according to the USGS site, "about 150 ft downstream of the Manchester Road bridge". Been up there at the end of August and hardly any water in the creek. If any of the locals could verify if the creek is low at this point would help.
