Cedar Creek

Anyone Fish Cedar Creek Park in Rostraver lately?  I Haven't been there In a while. It was pretty low action especially without a boat. Any Suggestions?

    My one buddy fished it a few weeks ago. We usually catch them all on creek chubs from there on down. He only caught one on a chub that day. The rest were all on a small black/purple rap.

    Before the rain last week I got 3 15" smallies there amongst a lot of throwbacks and a 5lb Sheephead....which I LIKE believe it or not.
    Since the rain it went quiet although I did have a bust-off on Sunday.

    Thanks guys,
    Maybe I'll hit it this weekend and see what I can pull in.  Any good bait shops near there. I have gone to the "basement" shop with the old lady, but was looking for another option.

    There's a baitshop in Star Junction (south of Cedar Creek).  It's on the right side if you're headed south on 51.
