Rumble in The Bay Buddy Tourney

I came across a tourney in the bay on the PAFederation web site and wondered if there was anyone that coulbe give me any contact information on it. It is out of the Lagoon Launch and it's put on by the Clarion County Bass Club. Is anyone fishing it? Where can i get an entry form or get one faxed to me?

    You see that the Marina Bay is the Launch! I was hoping is wasn't at the Lagoon launch. Peaceful back there with people fishing on the banks and  kayaks, canoes, and row boats.

    My Wife said, if I go fish'n one more time, she'll leave me! God, I'm going to miss her!
