Kettle Creek and other area streams 6/19- 6/20

Headed up to camp on friday for a weekend of fishing, hit clinton county around 5 oclock, unloaded and down to the kettle, started a little ways up from leighty bridge. With in first 10 minutes i landed a 22 inch brownie on a copper bob. Thought it was gonna be a great evening. Wrong! Fish started rising on a small midge, there were some sulphers coming off but they really werent taking them, smallest fly i had was a size 18 adams , had 2 rises but no hookups, ended the day and went to debs lol. Saturday we woke up to rain, headed down to kettle to find it a little high, fishable but high, so we decided to hit some smaller streams on the other side of the mountain towards sinnemahoning for some "real" trout, did pretty well here are some pics

Now the real fish

Have a few more pics of natives but im sure you guys get the point....Great weekend, Weather could have been better and so could the fishing but anytime your in gods county its always good

Nice trout! I was up there this weekend and snuck out to do a little fishing. I stayed close to camp and hit the first fork. I did ok and got some nice trout. I wish i had my camera though. The creeks look nice for this time of year. Sugarfuzz, you are nuts. I would have screamed like a little girl if I ran into those.
