Clarion River Brown Trout

Here's a nice Brown Trout I landed this week out of the Clarion River... a nice chubby rascal and he put up a good fight in the current. He was released unharmed even though it looks like I am squeezing the $#%+ out of him...He was a tough rascal to hold and take a photo at the same time.. but I did get it done !!!.. I guessed about 18 inches

    Doc,
Nice Fish. Which do you think he is : Recent immigrant to the river as a result of the Heath Sportsman stocking program  or fingerling stocked "resident"  from the PA FBC?

Due to where I caught him I would say Heath Sportmen put him in back in May...

Fished Toby today for 2.5 hours and landed 6 trout and got this photo which I think may be my best every photo...
