Musky/pike leaders/rigs

What do you guys use for musky leaders/rigs for live bait?  From what little I gather, a dual hook set-up is the way to go.  Do you twist these up yourself or is there an adequate over the counter set up?  Do you fish it on the bottom or under a float?  Thanks.

If you are going to fish livebait for musky and pike please invest in quick strike rigs.... letting a fish get deep hooked almost always results in a dead fish after released....floats would be the best way to fish live bait with the first few feet of the surface..

i use a large stick bobber . Then tie a  3 way swivel with 2 circle hooks , they catch reliably and are simple to remove

i usualy keep the pike i catch on live bait(release the ones i catch on lures) and i just use a heavy, tough mono like 20 lb with a large treble hook under a big classic red and white bobber. i use perch and suckers and hook them through the lips.once i get a hit i let the fish turn the bait around so he eating it then after about 2 min i set the hook.   i keep all my fish tho. if i were to ever want to release them id use those circle hooks they work realy good for trout and cats so i figure they would work fine for larger fish.
