Here is my plan tomorrow, if anybody is interested ?

I am hitting the river for Stripers tomorrow out of Coeysmans and i have an open seat. One buddy can't make it and another can't get the day off  !
 
One problem ... i NEED to get my outboard fired up tonight, HOPEFULLY i will not have any issues, otherwise i will NOT be going. I wasn't planning on using my boat so haven't got it fired up yet this season.
 
It's only a 12 alum v , small but effective and have had it out there a number of times before.
 
I was planning something like 10am-3pm (times approx)
 
If anybody is interested give me a shout #694-2679
 
I will know for sure by 7:00pm tonight after i put in new gas and try to run her. Hate to leave it up in the air like this, but it is what it is for now.

Other option is if you have a boat and need a 1st mate, i can get bait and show you around my stomping grounds !!!

    Don't know if anyone has contacted you yet Brian. I'm free to hit the Hudson tomorrow since I had to bail on Perchy for Saturday. Work is throwing me some nice overtime right now. My boat is ready to go. I've never been striper fishing up north here. If you supply the rods and rigs, we're all set. Call me if your interested. 518-630-6320.

    The Fishing Vessel Ship of Fools (all 12 feet of her) hits the river at the buttcrack of dawn .................here's to another pig like this one...........biggest ever for me......42.5 inches, 34.5 pounds caught on 4/21 many years ago on chunk herring with the river temp at 41 degrees...i've caught 8 pound fish that fought harder!

    just got off the cell with my in-law. he is docked at shady H. last night he had a good 100' run on a live herring but dropped . Herring are easy to catch or jig up there. You guys should do well. I will be taking the gdaughter out in the am for some bobber fishing and possibly trolling. Good luck out there it looks like it will be a good day. Remember the Eastern bragging rights starts NEXT weekend so be sure to put them back for then (LOL)
