Rail Rod Holders

I am cosidering mounting an aluminum rail like this...

http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/item-link.jsp_A&_DAV=040207_trout-search_redir&id=0013621015049a&navCount=2&podId=0013621&parentId=cat600058&masterpathid=&navAction=push&catalogCode=IH&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat600058&hasJS=true

and using down east rod holders for trolling.
Anyone have experience with a setup like this... Just looking for feedback or suggestions before I fork out a couple hundred.

Thanks

My stepdad swears buy the downeast rod holders. He has been using them for years trolling for trout in lake tahoe. Again though, it all depends on preference. I have never used them

Thanks guys...Order the rod holders today and need to run to cabelas to pick up the rail.  I had the quick draws before...they're nice but I got a bad snag once, the boat turned a bit and the rod almost shot straight out...phew!
