Boats on Fish Creek

Fish Creek is open from the 9P bridge north almost to the first bend. There were 2 boats in the water and about half a dozen people fishing from shore. The lake is opening up quickly with large openings but does still have a good amount of ice. Lake Lonely is open all the way around the shore line about 10 to 20 feet out.

Went by Saratoga Lake on the 1st. It is completely open as far as I could see from the road over looking Fisk Creek with a few boats on the main lake. Lake Lonely looked to be open but on closer inspection it appeared to have some pieces of ice that were kind of hidden by the over cast sky. They looked like ripples in the water at first. However, I'm pretty sure after the last 2 days it should be clear. Water levels here while up are nothing compared to a normal Spring. Last look at the state launch the water was below the wood (probably up after todays rain). Anybody who has used the launch in the past know that is pretty close to the normal Summer level. A normal Spring would have the sidewalk flooded out.
