Flea Market!!

Clearwater Flea Market will be held the last Saturday in March (28th) at the Sovereign Best Western on Western Avenue. The hotel is located one mile toward Albany from the end of the Northway. It's a great opportunity to stock up on all kinds of fly fishing goodies, tying tools and materials, books and art work. It is also the perfect venue to sell excess or duplicate items that have accumulated over the years. Vendors table cost only $20 plus a 10 percent donation of sales. Additional tables are available at $15 each. If you only have a couple of items to sell, bring them to the Chapter table, or team up with another member. Donated items are always welcomed.  I went last year it was very GOOD, lots of fly stuff!!!  I'm planning on going this year TOO!! Get There early, stuff goes FAST!!

got me I'll be there, besides there aren't many good fly shops in albany.

I don't fly fish so I guess I'll just meet you guys at the bar.... ha ha.

got there at 9am and people were walking out with arm loads of stuff. it was busy. at 1 table it took me about 15min of waiting to get a look. I seen why, those 3 guys had tons of things most of where I spent my money. 2 brand new in the box wheatly compartment fly boxes for $10.00 each , wow I felt guilty. also bought a used regal vice for $15.00 tons of more material. how about this Whiting complete Dry capes Brand new for $15.00, I had to use a small amount of restraint. There was a St.Croix Ultra Legend 4pc rod for $125. that I picked up and put down at least 7 times, it was a 9wt. if it was an 8wt. it would be here now. Anyway, lots of stuff , many good prices and I'm glad I went.
