Where is the walleye?

I went out today to Camp Perry and not one walleye. Seen 5 boats and didn't see anyone get anything. Went to Turtle Island and nothing. Going to the Maumee river Sat. Maybe I can get some their.

    I am going to come out from North Dakota about 4-12-09.
    Is this a good time to find the fish?
