Pymatuming

we took a trip to pymatuming this weekend. launched out of Lineseville boat launch early today. The kids and I got a dozen decent perch, four channel cats and one walleye which was a little over sixteen inches all on nitecrawlers. Nothing wanted the minnows. Either a osprey or an eagle pulled a fish from the water close to my boat. Most of the fish were caught near the trench.

    It was more than likely an eagle. There are two of them that hang out on Whaley. I see them all the time when i'm kayaking. It's amazing how close you can get to them in a kayak. (Not on purpose). I came around the back side of the island and one of them was literally 10 feet from me in a tree. It scared the crap out of me when it took off. ha
