Type of Fly

I am a fly tier and a steelhead fisherman. I am looking for a Fly pattern called the *Neutrgina*. A friend of mine had a couple that were tied many, many years ago. I took some pics of the fly however my camera went for a swim later in the day and all pic's were lost. Any info would be helpful.

Yes, I am pretty sure it is not a Nutria. It did not look like a "muddler". It looked more like a Wollyworm. I have tried to duplacate it from memory, however my memory is not as sharp as I thought.
    Thank you Dano.
