Maggots, mealies, nightcrawlers, some #6 baitholders (snelled), and some red & white plastic bobbers.

Oh, and a laptop to reply to emails while he should be fishing.

No kidding! My wife bought me Trout Streams And Hatches of Pennsylvania for Christmas a few years ago and you'd swear that's the only fly in the world as far as he's concerned.

I don't give a crap if anybody listens to me or not.

Seems like a nice guy, though he sure did **** off a lot of people with that PA trout streams book. Talk about spot burning, eh?
I will say that he did write of a paragraph about meeting the Crip (slighltly embellished according to Terry) in the book Patterns, Hatches, Tactics and Trout. Crip didn't even know he was in the book till I told him. Made Crip feel proud.
So, that's all I'll say about Charlie Meck.

    BTW NedBeaty, you sound bitter.

A copy of Joe Humphreys Trout Tactics. Chas is a nice guy. Sells a ton of books for an average fisherman. Seems like a user of folks with more fishing talent. But a nice guy..

I have an intelligent answer;  he carries a telescopic scooby doo rod and a can of corn,  a speed racer lunch box packed with lunchables and jello pudding.

Confusion will be my epitaph, as I walk a cracked and broken path.

If you would have asked this question on a Thursday 2 days before Christmas and 3 days after laundry day and a month before and after Walleye season opened and closed you might have gotten some intelligent answers

    Anal,
Do you have an Ohio license?   I wouldn't have been a bit surprised if you and a few others were among the stranded on the ice sheet in western Lake Erie last Friday.   I figure you, KJH807, Cold  and obviously a guy with a name like Strandman must've been the geniuses in charge of the wooden planks.  Which one of you drove the snowmobile into the water?   Talk about a fargin cluster of jerks.
