Loyalhanna DHALO

Is it fishable at all these days? If not, anyone know a good place around here that is? I'm trying to get out this weekend if the weather clears up. It really hurts that the yough at cedar creek looks like it does, that's always one of my first spots to try.

    Pretty well locked up, you're gonna have to hit the tailrace of the Yough most likely for open water.
