Dry fly carp

Had a carp take a dry fly the other night while they were feeding off the top. Broke him off when I set the hook, bad knot. Was wondering if any one else caught them with dry flies.

    The only time ive ever caught carp on the surface is at the Pymy spillway. While people are throwing bread at the wire, ill float a large cream-white sucker spawn. good thing about this is they dont pull the bread off and its almost a solid hookup every time.
