Ice fishing bait and tournament

Timberland Bait has the best selection on bait in the area.  Just talked to the shop owner, Jerry, and he says he has a large supply of small golden shiners, medium golden shiners, large golden shiners, suckers, rosies (hybrid golden fatheads), small fatheads, large fatheads, grubs, and wax worms.  ALL baits are certified.  There will be plenty of bait for the Ice Fishing Tournament.
Tournament information:
Starts at 8:00am February 14th and runs until 5:00pm February 15th

$10.00 entry fee for adults and $5.00 for kids under 12. There will be CASH prizes for biggest fish of each species (Crappie, Perch, Gills, Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike, Musky)
There will be free Hotdogs, Sloppy Joes, and Hot Coffee served on the ice at 12:00pm Saturday and Sunday (first come first serve)

    The tournamnet is still going to take place this weekend at canadohta lake as scheduled.  Just got off the phone with the guy running it and he said the ice is still about 10 inches thick.  any other questions please call 814-694-FISH

    any1 catching any pan fish up there thought about going today just to get ready for the weekend havent fished it 4 about 4 weeks

    Its about 4 miles south of Union City PA off RT 8.  here is a map to the area
