Pymatuning Spillway

Does anyone know if the construction on the pymatuning spill way is done?

    I live down in pittsburgh and I only go up there for carp about 3 times a year but last year it was not so great because of the big doings. Thanks

    its open. we fished pymy today and stopped to check it out. $2.8 million!!!!!????? a small building, some asphalt, a few LARGE umbrellas, and some designer block. i have no idea what $2.8 mill looks like but what was done sure doesnt look like $2.8 million. dont know who did the work, but if they can get a few more jobs like that, THEYLL be in the wall street journal.
