Trout Fishing in Georgia

Had a great week in Georgia. Went to witness the birth of my second grandchild. During the week I fished the Chatahoochie River and had a blast. You wouldn't believe the water temp was 50.8 F. Bottom release @ Buford dam from Lake Lanier I believe. I could not get over the wild reproducing brownies and they also stock rainbows. Cost me $24 for a seven day with trout license. Really reminded me of yough fishing only they have scheduled daily water release for electric generating purposes. My son in law and I had such a good time we bought a boat so my future trips south can include more river visits.
