Streamer hooks

Tied all my streamers on TIEMCO 9395's, tired of paying that much for hooks. Has anybody have a suggestion on a different brand? Has anybody used Eagle Claw's L281 streamer hook the price is certainly attractive.

    Never used that hook but I have used their  lazer sharp L056 Egg/Nymph hook & their L055 Scud Hook. Liked both of them and never had a problem with either one. I'd give them a shot like you said the price is right.

    There will be days when fishing is better than ones optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

    Cabelas' has a sale on Mustad fly hooks in the bargain cave. I beleive its under terminal tackle in the freshwater section. Its been a week since I got some. They should still have them.
     
    Sale is also on other styles of hooks also.

    Saber hooks.  6.99 for 100 and break with the same pressure as tiemcos.

    I normally buy mustad streamer hooks.............but as of late been buying TOGEN fly hooks...........I love their nickel black salmon hook..........but it only comes in size 2
    I think they are having a sale..........normally 7.50 for 100 hooks........might be less now.........
