Fulfilling Dreams
He sits `neath the noon day sun
Patient `long the stream
Not a care of his concern
His future but a dream
He, just a boy with vim
Now pictured without doubt
His patience unforeseen
To catch a farm bred trout
He stands `neath the noon day sun
Broad shouldered `long a creek
The boyish image, gone
A young man now whom I speak
His patience, found rewarding
Experience, now well learned
He takes to each water entered
Respects each wild trout earned
His style all his own now
Each cast upon the streams
I sit and watch from afar
He, fulfilling both our dreams
