Stream side property Erie area needed

   I am looking for a piece of property with or without a home in the Erie area. I would like to be near one of the streams--creeks that steelhead migrate up if possible.  I would like a few photos of property and details,etc.   I want to purchase sometime next spring after I sell my second home in Westmoreland County.  
      If you have or know of property coming up on market shoot me a emails with details.   Small piece or a few acres may be suitable for me.

    I'd go to a realestate listing website, for the area. Be prepared for SERIOUS sticker shock.

    LOL> been looking @ realestate online in Erie area for last several months. Property only in probably my best bet so I can build something myself. I am semi retired @48 and have a little time on my hands. Just waiting for my back to heal in next month or 2.

    My old neighbor was selling a house + a few acres butting up against a steelhead stream I think for around $230K.  I don't know if that seems reasonable for the area or not, but if you have interest, I could check and see if it's still on the market.

    i have a good friend going thru a divorce in North East Pa
    His property is but a few miles from the east side streams and from the ny streams
    Nice piece of ground 5 acres gas well 2000 sq ft ranch
    would snap it up myself but couldnt benifit from his misfourtune
    Paul Kitchen Remax is listing it
