Usually the bridge # also ID's the road crossing over it. Therefore SR4019 would be State Route 4019. In some cases where more than one bridge crosses on a road the last number of the bridge would be used to indicate the location of the bridge from the starting point of the road. Therefore, your bridge could be bridge #9 on State route 401; or Bridge #19 on State Route 40. So now all you have to do is locate a detailed map of the area and see if a State Route 4019, 401, or 40 crosses the creek and that should be your bridge. Then you can drive to the bridge and look for the serial number on the bridge.
