Jigs are very successful on eries tribs. Personally i like marabou w some flash in them. Sizes of 1/32 and 1/64 are my go to sizes. Colors include white being my favorite, black, brown, olive, pink and chartruese all depending on water color. I like to keep moving my float up until i start tapping the bottom then i will move the float back down 8 to 12 inches so i'm not dragging the bottom anymore and the colder the water the closer to the bottom the fish seem to lay. Basically drift them like you would anything else. If the water flow is low i've found popping them and using them like you would fishing for crappie seems to be successful. Movement seems to be key to their success. One downside in my opinion with them is there inability to fish shallow runs.
