sprimg creek

any one fishing spring creek or the little j this week & are there any
sulphers left, I screwed up my knee & have not had a fly rod in my
hand for two weeks starting to have withdraw, not good.  hope to maybe try to fish on sunday

    For the J .. sulpher duns in 18 and spinners in 16.  Cahills and cahill spinners in 10's and 12's.  Blue quill in 20.  Saw a few cream caddis in 16's as well.
     
    A big thunderstorm just came through.

    To add to that... I saw some pseudocloeons in good numbers this week. The fish on the LJ were definately keying in on them. That hatch seems to be very sporadic, but can give you some great fishing.
     
    There are some Isonychia starting also, the iso nymphs have been working well. Dont leave home without some if you plan on fishing the LJ.

    Sure I'll fish sometime.  I was disappointed not to see any slates.  Looking forward to it though.

    anyone interested I am going to camp on spring creek to fish at around
    5:30 or 6:00 tomorrow morning, my camp is at the cement bridge below the paraidse, either my truck or my old work car will be parked in front of
    camp, there are 2 wood camps & 3 trailers there, mine is the tan camp
    of wood with a porch.

    went to camp early this morning & the fish were hungry
    did well on small stuff but only fished for about an hour &
    a half, guess my knee is not as good as I thought it was
    but that little amount of time was better than none at all
