Flies to focus on at the yough near the out flow

Im coming from the northern forest area and will be fishing the yough from the out flow down. Which flies should I focus on and is there a hatch that is coming off strong?

    I have always done well with a Dry/Dropper using a Patriot or Wolff Dry and a BH Pheasent Tails size 18 as the dropper.  You will pick a few up on the dry and most on the BH PT. 
     
    Caddis are the main bug up there, it is a tail water fishery and it is cold water coming out of the dam. BWO come off also.
