best year ever!
I scored yesterday on another 8pt. not a beast by any means, but im young and very pleased! They were chasing hard all morning, saw 2 small 8s, and an enourmous 6, and decided to move spots. Saw him about 200 yards away on a flat way down below me, grunted and rattled him in top about 5 yards away. Banged my bow against my stand, thought for sure he was outta here, but he was squinting in the sun at the top of the hill, and couldn't see me. Smoked him with the rage 2 blade almost straight down, went about 12 yrds and toppled. Im pretty stoked, not as nice as my WV 8-pt, but im very happy, now im going to ohio for the weekend, try to get another 8 at least, some real beast out there on cuz's property. ill try to post some pics. Im not bragging, its just a change in my luck for once. Now I'm going to capitalize on fishing for steel the first day of buck! Good luck guys, Time to be in the woods is NOW, hunt where the does are, you'll see the bucks there!

thanx, i might try the powerball idea!
the top was wv, near fairview if anyone has any idea where that is(near fairmont). the bottom one was in greene(yesterday). JLH, i dont know much about centre co, i have some friends who trout fish up there. from what i hear, deer numbers are low in the north and central parts of the state. Greene Co is still a little spotty on deer, where I got this one there are alot, but near my folks house there are still few and far between, leftovers from the EHD.

Hows the population near Aleppo ??? Used to be a crazy amount of Deer there

My family happens to Own the School there My Grandparents Farm was the one right beside the School Go Buy the School I could use a few extra bucks LOL
