Skywalker

Greetings all,
Well, as a seasoned trib angler, I'm always looking for new and unusual ways to make the adventure more challenging.  Yes, we all know that the normal egg/estaz/meth/etc and nymph indie rig is absolutely killer and will hook so many fish the arm will be sore.  But, I've got a serious addiction to swinging flies and the massive attack that comes from a fresh/aggravated/hungry steelie.  That being said, I really like using the antithesis to the normal size 10-16 flies that are so often seen on the tribs.  This fly is called the skywalker.  Lots of movement, a pink hot spot and black for the profile.  It incorporates Arctic Fox, Mohair, Schlappen and Polar Chenille.  It's tie on a 1 3/4 Cotter pin, with an Owner SSW size 6 hook lashed to the shank with 50lb spider wire.  The cool part is that you can change out hooks.  Well, anyways, something a little different than a wooly bugger or rabbit zonker.    -O.C.T.
