I cant believe it......

I had a dandy 8 pt come 8yrds right behind me last night...He hung around for a while too, but never came into the area where I could take a shot....just taunted me and left...

    I've hunted every day of the season and the only legal buck I've seen since since the start just walked across my back yard five minutes ago. With this frost I think the rut has officilly started.

    Man, cut down those limbs! I was putting my self in danger cutting my lanes. It was worth it!

    I haven't seen a buck yet if that makes anyone feel any better.

    I've seen two.  A button that I walked up on first day while I was checking an apple tree and a pretty big one that I kicked up scouting for a stand site for  saturday night.  I didn't get a point count as this buck suddenly remembered a pressing appointment in Philadelphia and ran off in that direction.  I've seen none from stand.
