Flaugherty Run - Best access point?

Looking to fish Flaugherty Run sometime this week, and was wondering about access points & how the fishing is.. I've looked around on the fish & boats website, apparently it's approved trout waters.. and I googled it and saw that this kid from Moon caught a real nice brook trout out of there opening season 07. Fish it recently?

You will likely not find much, if any water in Flaugherty this time of year.  It is a complete put and take fishery that dries up to small pools at best many summers.  It may still have a trickle, but the chance to catch a trout this time of year would be practically nill.  Your best access is between rt. 51 and 151 on Flaugherty Run Rd.  The creek flows on the East side of the road.

I live only minutes from the creek and seine minnows quite regulary. The creek is very low, have not seen a trout in months. I would not waste my time.
