shenango bait

I do not have to work tomorrow heading to Shenango for the fish together, looking forward to meeting you guys.  Route 18 bait shop not open till 8:00am the other one in is closed for the season.  Any suggestions for mini's before 8:00?  I am bringing two boys brownies and coleslaw anything else needed?  Feel free to post see you in the AM.
