Piers and Bay?

Hi, coming up for the weekend and wondering if anything is being caught around the bay or the piers, and what I should maybe target?

Thanks,
Dennis.

What are you fishing for? I am still catching plenty of bass and pike in the bay.

I am land based, so I fish for whatever is in season. It is just that I have not been to Erie often, usually out on the perch boats in mid summer.
I am not really familiar with what to target in late Sept.

Fishing the wall in misery bay for largies (right at Perry's monument)was always good for me, just make sure you pack your weedless hooks.  We also do well fishing the piers at night with jigs (mostly rock bass with the occasional smallie).  Just don't try North pier because you can't get out there at night.  Good luck.
