I had a couple friends fish the Linesville area today for crappie and they only got 9. They said the water temp. there was in the lower 60's. North wind also. "Wind in the north, don't go forth"

We normally do pretty well on Pymy with a north north west wind on walleyes.

I fished off Linesville last week and had 69 to 70 on the surface all over.  I am sure it has dropped a degree or two with the wind stirring up water lower in the column and the cold nights.

Was up at Pymy 3 of the last 4 evenings. North and South. Water temp is pretty consistent all over the lake. Tuesday night was in the upper 60's/low 70's. Has dropped some this week with the colder nights. Last night it was around 64 degrees in the Stewart Bay area of the lake.

High 40's to low 50's are high enough for the bass to hit good, with the temps as they are now I would suspect that the bass bite may tail off some as the fish spawn.......
