Thats why i had to get a bigger motor. Draggin all that extra weight around. You guys want to fish with me to find my spots, just say so and i'll set up a day for all 3 of us to fish together. Took stump jumper out today and did pretty decent. I'll post pics in a diffrent thread. Dont want to hi-jack this one.

Nice, but yours were nicer.  That first pick looks like an ocean run striper.  Did you happen to weigh it?  I'm imagining the way you were holding it, made it look a little bigger.  Although, fish in pictures, never seem to look as big as they do in real life.  That one looks huge, so I'm betting that it was.  Congrats, and get them while their hot!

No Pork I didn,t weigh it but it was by far the biggest I,ve ever caught, and I,ve caught many. Im guessing 15-18.
If you notice I,m not holding it out to make it look bigger. The small one was 5lbs. It took 15 min. to get the big one in.
I,ve never caught one with the girth this one had. Looks like a true striper, but know it isn,t. If I had the money I would have mounted that one. lol

You're right, there is a clear bend in the arms.  Dang!  Considering the thing looks about 1/2 the size of your torso, I just assumed you were holding it out!

15 minutes of reeling that monster in, after a full day of cutting trees...  Probably a little hard to extend the arm out at that point!  Best catch that I've seen on these boards in a long time.

Beautiful fish Mika, that first one is one of the biggest hybrids I've seen ever.  I've seen some big fish (12-14 lbs) come out of the Ohio, but that sucker is massive.

You,re right Capt. I,ve done better this year than I have in a while. Now is the time to find the shad schools and work them over.
