Hey, at least it was only trout food bugs, and not something worse.

We'll have to make sure everyone checks in, as in a sign-in sheet.  That way, any prizes/favors are appropriately handled, and everyone who shows has a chance, including the facilitator(Dano).  I feel bad not everyone got to be in on it, let alone handle the piece.  Let's not let that happen again fellas.

On a lighter note,  just imagine how long it would have taken had we had everyone there.

Guys!!!  What an outing!  It couldn't have been a better day.  As always, it was nice seeing some old faces and meeting some new ones.  Big thanks to Egg for the hats and the killer wings, as usual.  My buddy Justin wanted to give a big thanks to everyone for the eats and comradrie.  Can't wait till next year.

Thanks to all for a GREAT Time  It was one of my best days yet this year

Oil creek outing price: 3-10 gallons of gas round trip
Landing fish price: cast after cast in the wind
full stomach price: eating tons of food and heartburn

Sounds good to me, Loopy!  Why not make it a formal or planned meeting, with a pinic/lunchbreak some Sunday (my only day off) in the next few weeks.  (Sunday June 3rd? or 10th?)   I like the idea of having everybody pitch in for the picnic.  Remember food is energy!  I can't fish all day on an empty stomach, LOL!...or we could do it informally.  Either way is cool with me.
 
I talked to a few guys on Sunday about having a perch fishing outing, on the Edward John, this summer.  We decided that the first or second Sunday in August would be a good time to fish, though the month of September might be better.  I will start a thread on the Fish Erie board in a few weeks.

I "ditto" everything that has been said.........great fun, great food, and great company!
 
It was a blessing to meet so many new people and share the bounty..............
 
Special thanks to Mary and Eggsac for the hats and the cooking, thank you!
 
This was really one of the better times and will be remembered, thanks to all.
