Mercury Outboard Service

I have an older Mercury 9.8 HP outboard that is not running properly.  I have done some minor troubleshooting on it but cannot seem to locate the problem.  Can anyone recommend a good shop to take it to get serviced?  I live near Ligonier, Westmoreland county.

    It's in Pittsburgh but Billy does good work
