River for walleye

Which is better for walleye Allegheny river near Cheswick/Harmarville or Monongahela near the Elizabeth lock?

    Allegheny is better from about the point all the way to New York than the Mon is for Walleye.  The Allegheny has more suitable terrain for eyes than the Mon does.
