trilene

I switched from stren to trilene years ago and rarely had any problems with it. But recently I find my 4lb test tangling up after a couple of hours fishing. I use a good snap swivel and fish with spinners usually, Is there a better product? Any advice would be appreciated.
thanks

In truth, I have had better luck with Stren, but have never found "twist-proof" line as I use spinners a lot too.  If you have a boat the best thing to do is run the empty line behind the boat to remove the twists.   Just make sure your 2 piece rod is tightly connected when doing this.   People may think you are "trolling" for great white sharks when doing this, but the twists will go away.

What gonefishin said will work......another thing to make sure of is when you are putting the line on make sure it is going on the same way its wrapped on the spool you bought.  It can get confusing when you try to figure out if you are doing it right but if you wrap it the opposite way it is when you bought it you will have alot more tangles.

give Berkley Ironsilk a try, its by far the best mono line that i've ever used. or switch to something like Fireline and you'll never have to worry about tangles or twisted line ever again.

    Two words...  Reel Magic.

Spray a little on the spool after each use and you'll greatly reduce the line memory and decrease the amount of twists and tangles you end up with.
