GULP BAIT

Has anyone tried the GULP baits for perch or walleye? They have the emerald shiner version and I was wondering if it would work for perch.

    I tried it last year we were in the perch with shiners, i put the GULP emerald shiner on didn't have a hit put shiners back on they started hitting again. Only tried it once.......

    We tried the gulp alive minnows thi year for walleyes on the 3-rivers.  They caught just as many fish if not more than live minnows.  The thing I wasn't crazy about is that they are not that durable, for their price I would have thought they would have held up better.
