Water released from upstate NY reservoir to cool trout

If I had a pic to post of the del. native i caught on a 3wt. rusty spinner,I'd be afraid to post it for fear of disclosing my fav. spots. Anyway it took me over backing twice and some before quick shoreline release.I soon after caught a fat stocky I smoked on an open campfire. Very humid hot but we stayed hydrated and shaded until the action after 8pm until dark.  The flies the state stocks for those worms were relentless, they would have been impossible if they were the biting kind.
