Place to stay?

Looking for a clean, reasonable priced place to stay on the west side or in town. Any thoughts? Please include the places contact info (if possible) Thanks in advance!

    For price try penninsula motel.  Its not the cleanest by anyones standards, but  I'm ok with the occasional odd stain. 

    A friend of mine stays at the El Patio.  He says it's pretty nice.

    El patio seems more boat friendly than most.  Bigger parking lot.  Used to be able to recharge there, haven't tried recently.
