Pat, I know exactly what you mean with the neo's, I've had breathables for the last 4 years and would never trade them for anything, even in the winter.  And I fish year round for muskies, so they get quite a workout.  I've never had a pair of Simms waders but I would assume that they would try to be quick with their repairs.  I have had some experience with Hodgmann with repairs and was amazed by their service.  i returned a pair of waders for repair and after three weeks received a package in the mail, with a NEW pair of waders in it.  It definitely makes you feel good when a company responds with the fix that you were hoping, timely and effective.  Good luck with Simms

Try ll. Bean. When my breatables started to leak i called them. They sent a new pair 2nd day ups at no charge to me (for the new wadders and shipping). Can't beat their customer service!

dealinsteel, when you sent your hodgemans back, how long did you own them for? i think they have a year warranty or something. i bought a pair of breathable a little over a year ago and each side has a pinhole leak in the bottom now.

freshwater- they may have been within that timeframe, I'm really not too sure about that.  The best thing that I have found for the minor stuff is Aquaseal.  If you know you've got a few days before you go, turn your waders inside out, fill them with water, and check for places where water leaks through.  Then after you empty them and let them dry, you can Aquaseal the places where you found the leaks.  Definitely works and it's alot easier than waiting for your waders back...  like I said, a few days prior to fishing.  I think Gander and Sportsmans carries it in the camping sections.

Mine took about the same. They spent more time in shipment then at the factory.
