Anyone been out for lakers??

Anyone been out for Lake Trout off North East?? Water testing the boat tomorrow and Gonna give it a shot Sat A.M.

    Went out Sat.8am til 1230. Trolled sixteen to 20 mile creek 48' to 53'.  Had a few marks with one 13 lber being the only taker. He got his picture taken and went back in. Lake was perfect and it was nice to be out the water again.

    Got two off Northeast Saturday.  45' to 50' North of marina.

    This is good news !  I went out last year for first time ever try at a laker. managed to get 1 bout 12 lbs. Be nice to get another this year. I might try going this weekend then , whether permitting.

    they are slowing down, went out a few evenings last week caught around 15 each night.  Most were 10-12 lbs, one 20lbs and a few 17lbs.
