FEVER

I WAS JUST WONDERING IF ANYBOBY ELSE GET THE FEVER?BY THIS I MEAN IF YOU CAN'T GO ONE DAY WITH OUT POPPPING IN A MOUTH CALL MAKING A FEW CALLS WITH IT AND THEN AT NIGHT GET THE SLATE CALL OUT AND RIP A NICE SOFT CLUCK AND PURR ON IT.THE LAST MONTH I MADE TWO TRIPS TO CABELAS TO BUY MORE GEAR.I CAN'T WAIT TILL SATURDAY I'M GOING TO TAKE MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER OUT FOR HER FIRST TIME WE GOT ALOT OF BIRDS LINED UP FOR HER.ANOTHER QUESTION I WAS WONDERING IF I SHOULD LEAVE HER KILL A JAKE OR MAKE HER WAIT FOR A LONGBEARD?

    Let her kill the first legal bird she sees.  Kids don't care about trophies at that age and the success is much more important than the trophy to the kid.  Odds are it will probably be a longbeard that comes in first anyway.  My daughter got her first at age 12 and it is an awesome experience....Good Luck.

    the first year hunting, in my point of view is the most important, show them a good time with a kill, it doesnt matter how big the bird is as long as they are proud of it.
     
    I wish i knew some younger kids so i could take them turkey hunting saturday..
