buffalo creek trout

fished buffalo creek project water. we caught tons of trout. they were all ten inches and smaller but two or three were about thirteen in. this was not the case the last few years,. we always were happy with buff because most trout were over 12 in. this doesnt seem right with the stocking news of fewer/bigger trout. I see the pics in the paper but ??? anyone else? sorry if this should be southwest ill post there also

    Agree with that totally.  Fished Buffalo project Thrusday and last night.   Caught a bunch of fish , most under 9 inches.  Two came in at 12 or 13 but that was it.
     
    Bead head pheasant tail nymphs were the main attraction.
