Recent Random Pics.

Sorry I haven't shown too much of myself lately. I've been doing some fishing and tying. Fish are finally rising to BWO's on my local waters. I was growing rather depressed by great hatches & no rises earlier in the year.
I like to fish all types of flies, but if I had to choose one and forsake all others it would be the dry.
So here goes....No stream names, but I'll share the scenery.

Great pics.  Too many goodies to choose from but my favorite has to be you and the little guy with the rod bent.  These types of memories become more priceless to me everyday.  Competition from video games, baseball practice, complaints about the lack of perfect weather from my "little guy" who at 11yrs is fast approaching 6' make camera moments more rare.  I have some that I need to post and that would be a great thread.  On a recent trip my boy reminded me that he had never caught a trout.  I no longer stream fish for them and he has not gone the 1 or 2 times that I did since he was born.  Anyways, on a recent trip, I was reminded that he had never caught a trout. We were sitting on a whole "stock pond" full so my friend John and I took him to a hot spot and it did not take him 1/2 an hour to catch and realease 3 stockies. 
 
I may never take the time to learn to flyfish but you reminded me that I need some fightin pictures on trips this year!
