Anyone heading up to fish tomorrow (Monday)

I'm taking the 1 1/2 hour trip up in the morning.  Forecast is calling for 29*.  Its going to be cold, but the creeks should be good....I'm seeking revenge for FRIDAY!!

Is anyone else fishing tomorrow?

If you do go how about posting a report? My plan is to let the plows do there thing Monday and go up Tuesday. My boy said the creeks look fairly good today but some of the roads still were bad.

    I have a 4X4 so no worries there for me.  I can post a report...not a problem.

Jgut, I sent you a PM.

Later this week should be warmer, but I'm too anxious I guess.

That's the problem with being old enough for retirement. The mind is willing but the body is weak. 6-8 hours every other day is about my limit. I also have a pile of wood that needs split before gobbler season.

    Jgut,

When I sent the PM it said undeliverable because your box is not accepting PMs...must be blocked.  Anyway, I'm leaving here around 5:30 or 6:00.  I here they began stocking the smolt so, I don't want to deal with them in the upper stretches and will probably head tot he lower stretches to atart and work my way up if things are slow.  I should be there around 7:30.  I'll have room if anyone wants to go...be traveling 79N

A good portion of the lot at the access area of Walnut was plowed.  The creek was pretty unfishable from the Manchester bridge to the lake due to ice.  By tomorrow afternoon some of that ice may be blown out.

20 mile is unfishable from 5 to the lake and will be until we get some serious water. the lower end of 4 mile is frozen, much of 7 mile is frozen, shore ice on 12 mile with just a few fish, 16 is open with a few fish and all the fishermen. I was surprised at all the ice still on the east creeks.
