Whether your in favor of those late pardons (Fauci, Jan. 6th etc..) or not. My question is, "is it legal - period ?" No matter what side your on, its gotta raise an eyebrow. Didn't know the Justice Department had a Pre-Crime Division.

I looked into this business of pardons. It appears to me that some of it is crystal clear and some of it is still open to conjecture. Doesn’t make sense to me that someone could receive a pardon for something they haven’t yet done. I don’t know, maybe I’m just too dumb to figure it out. Any lawyers out there??🤔

Per the news this morning, this isn’t the first. Most notably, Nixon was given a preemptive pardon before any criminal charges brought against him, which I am not sure if he actually broke any Federal laws? These pardons don’t stop any sort of Congressional or Senate investigations or hearings. Which if there is proof of wrongdoing, especially for gain of some sort, they use the hearings for the public to hear. Granted, Congressional hearings have turned into a circus, due to the fringes of each clown party having enough members to make the entire Congress look like a joke. Senate still holds some merit since the fringe whackos are at least in a solid minority. Pardons are Federal criminal only. Not sure what Federal crimes any of them would have broken? States can still bring up charges. Most crimes are State level. If the past 8 years has taught anything. Politicians can get away with anything, regardless if it goes to trial, mountains of evidence and guilty verdicts…

Honestly, I have no clue of half of what you are talking about. I have my phone set to show middle of the road media sources. Can’t say any of them ever cover these “facts” about the Biden crime family. Beyond Hunter being a POS. And one text saying something about “the big guy”, that might be Joe.

I wasn’t optimistic at all with Joe. I thought maybe he would buck the system and carry out the one minor campaign promise of being a transitional president then step aside. He didn’t and I hope the GOP lawmakers make his last living days hell. He deserves it.

Considering the current president still hasn’t conceded an election he clearly lost and continues to lie about it for years, I can’t understand how anyone can be optimistic about anything that he says. I’ll be hopeful that he stops the unprecedented deficit spending he did in his first term. I’ll be hopeful that his tariff talk is just empty threats and not cause another round of massive inflation. I’ll be hopeful that he isn’t a complete clown when he talks. I’ll be hopeful that people stop worshiping him. I’ll be hopeful God intervenes and saves us.
