 Genie, a good buddy of mine Dad made fiddles, banjos and mandolins for Charlie Daniels. He would get the most endangered exotic wood from Africa to make them with. Not a easy task 
 
 Whenever Charlie's band would come to town my buddies band would be the opening act for him. They opened for Marshall Tucker Band, Lee Greenwood & David Allen Coe also. They are old farts now.
 
 Plenty of Lure companies have been sued for copying styles from other manufactures. We have pallets of new old stock lures like that. Many never even made it to the packaging some that made it say Patton Pending on the backs. While other lures we have, the company just had to quit selling. Some would just make a slight change in appearance and bring it back. Hard not to copy a plug in appearance somewhat if you ask me.

as far a Gibson, my brother has a 1976 Les Paul Black Beauty
If not mistaken, he paid $500 for it in 1976 !!

 That rosewood must be nice to carve with. Have a 8 pcs. Louis VIII rosewood living room set from Italy that is heavily carved. Some of my pre civil war throne chairs and benches are crazy with Cherubs and so forth. Have a sofa and chair with this griffon on them. Have some crazy throne chairs with Oldman of the North and lions on them that belonged to H.J Hinze. The workmanship on things is long gone in most cases.

I think you're confusing liberals with progressives. It's the more liberal types that thought Harris was too progressive for their taste and either didn't vote or stayed home. My thoughts are that many liberals felt more in line with Trump when it came to free market economy, free speech and deregulation.

So you mean the last 4 years, not 8 then? Trump was President for 4 years between 2016-2020.
